The Brazilian police have seized yellow jerseys bearing the logo of Cervélo, a bicycle brand, at four airports after a young cyclist said he was stopped from boarding a plane at Rio de Janeiro’s international airport with the shirt.
The 21-year-old Ricardo Vieira Junior told Brazil’s Globo TV that several airline staff stopped him and pressured him to take the red jersey. When he said he did not have the red shirt, they also refused to let him board the plane. “I asked for a red jersey but they said I had to take the yellow one,” Vieira Junior told Globo TV.
Vieira Junior was given the red jersey by the airline staff and was able to continue on the trip to Paris.
Ricardo Vieira Junior is right.
The international television team agreed that the lights and logos of the jersey.

Oscar Isaac – a spokesperson for the team that designed the jersey – said they would take measures to investigate.
