Toronto was rocked by a murder spree in July 2017 when 18-year-old 18-year-old Reese Fallon was the city’s 22nd homicide victim of that year, just hours after becoming the city’s youngest mayor.
Officers first learnt of the shooting about six hours later at about 2100 GMT on Thursday.
