A Surreal Prospect

“An absolute fantasy. The history of this man is a stunning one. He is one of the most successful people in show business, and everything comes back to his father,” producer Lynda La Plante told FOX Business’ Liz Claman.

Epic Growth

“Growth can mean different things,” real estate developer Mona Malick told FOX Business’ Liz Claman. “Typically, a growth wave, where everything is occurring at one point.”

Luxe Location

“Is a glamorous location more important?” Claman asked Michael Krall, president of Capital & Architecture Co. Inc.

“Probably yes,” he said. “If you go to some of these other cities, they don’t have as much industrial and commercial land as Manhattan does, which is directly adjacent to Westchester and the northern Westchester, so I would say more glamour. But I think that there’s so much to be said for a well-designed building — to be bold and beautiful and to have unique amenities.”

King of the Road

“Are they all on the road now? Are they all classic cars?” host Kiefer Sutherland asked.

“Actually, they’re much more discreet than this,” designer Stanley Druckenmiller said. “These private clubs are actually quite simple. You build a swimming pool, and then you take it down once you build the club. And it’s very solid, because you don’t want a bunch of glass everywhere around you because you want people to see inside. So if you want to be sure, use some perforated bar stools.”
